Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats (Vegan, GF, Fruit-Sweetened, Natural)

This overnight oats recipe may be very summery, but it's honestly perfect any time of year. And now I have the full rainbow of overnight oats recipes! Here's red, yellow, green, blue, indigo, purple, brown, and beige. All naturally colored btw. OK well in all fairness, I still need orange, black, and white... but then again these are great Halloween colors, so you might be seeing overnight oats in these colors soon! But back to the matter at hand (or the oats in hand), these Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats are very delicious, very nutritious, and are pretty in pink. And they only take 5 minutes to make. Just a little treat because you deserve it. Go make yourself happy and make breakfast fun, flavorful, & fruit-filled again!

Ok keeping this post very short because it's been a while since my last post (hell-O post-vacation hustle).

Basically: these oats are delicious and fun and are so simple & quick to make. Plus they have a fun pop of natural pink color. And lots of protein + fiber + healthy fats + complex carbs + micronutrients + are sweetened with fresh fruit, everything you need for a complete b-fast and to start your day right.

Because I hate to sound so salesperson-y ("These oats are great, you gotta try them, very demure, ra ra"), I'll leave it at that. I'll let you try them for yourself. If you tried these oats, give this post a like and drop your review in the comments if you feel like it!

As always, these overnight oats are 100% vegan, gluten-free, fruit-sweetened, and naturally colored. They have bright pops of strawberry and banana flavor infused with almond butter, vanilla, and with light caramel-esque sweetness from dates/maple syrup.

The substitutions are pretty straightforward and most are written into the recipe itself. If you have any questions about substitutions, ask me in the comments.

ALSO: I'm trying a recipe card format for the first time with a Dimpled Date recipe! How do you all like it? Do you prefer the manual way I used to type it in or are you digging the card format + design? Let me know!

*Whisk Drop*

Instead of mic drop... get it?

Ok, that's all I got for now (I told you I'd keep this post short... I'm rlly dragging, the post-vacation grind is real).

Thanks Dimpled Date fam, hope you like this recipe! More new recipes coming soon.

BYYEE!

Enjoy,

<3 K.
